As our client intended to purchase over 30 retail gas station and convenience store locations, BLDI was there to assist with how to best manage the portfolio. BLDI developed a tiered risk matrix that weighted various factors about the locations to assign risk to evaluate the package as a whole. The senior management staff of BLDI completed file reviews and UST assessments within a short time frame to meet the time constraints of the purchase/sell agreements due diligence period. BLDI provided a portfolio of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Phase II ESAs, Baseline Environmental Assessments, and Due Care Plans for each site as applicable.
